Our products are completely unique – they are one of a kind. That means that no two products designed and created by Norman David Designs are alike.
The implication of our commitment to the uniqueness of our products is that despite our best efforts to continually update the availability of the various jewelry pieces that appear on our website, due to unforeseen circumstances and the timing of your order, you may order a product that is no longer available. We will, of course, notify you if this highly unlikely situation occurs, and we will invite you to choose a different alternative piece from our collection. In the event that you do not find an alternative piece to your liking, we will refund the monies you have paid to your payment method. We regularly update our collection, so we invite you to explore our website for new pieces.
If you do choose an alternative piece that is less expensive than your original (unavailable) choice, you will be credited the difference in purchase price. On the other hand, if the alternative item you’ve chosen is more expensive, you will be responsible for paying the balance of the purchase price between what you’ve already paid and the price of the alternative item you’ve chosen.
We apologize for this inconvenience and any confusion it might create, but it is a small price to pay for the knowledge that whatever jewelry you purchase from Norman David Designs will always be one-of-a-kind and exclusive to you.

Processing Time

Standard orders (from our available catalog) are typically processed within 4-5 business days. Personalized orders based on personality data you’ve provided on our website may take up to 21 days to process, primarily because these unique items are custom, hand-made, and tailored to the personality data you’ve provided. We are happy to update you via email (normandaviddesigns@gmail.com) if you inquire about your order status.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We use international express delivery services (including but not limited to FedEx, DHL, UPS) for all our orders.

Lost or Damaged Items
